Wal Mart sells Italian Road Bikes?

About a year ago I briefly looked at Wal Mart's meager road bike selection. For around $200, you get a heavy aluminum frame with drop style handlebars and sub-Sora level components. So I was quite surprised that they have since added some "Italian" made bikes by Corsa.



Pictued above is their $1,898 FC Lightweight Full Carbon. Made with a complete Ultegra drivetrain and 105 components, "assembled by the hands of skilled Italian mechanics". In addition, Corsa also offers 2 other road bikes priced at around $1,370 and $970.

If any of you have ever been to some high-end botique bike shops, you would know its not uncommon to see bikes in the $5000 to $10,000 range and beyond. Maybe this bike is really a rebadged $6,000 Bianchi?
